Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Tilthwick collects and what we do with it.

The contact form

• What we collect: your name, email address, optional subject, your message, the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent and the time.
• Why: to read and reply to your message.
• Lawful basis: legitimate interests (answering people who contact us).
• Processor: the form runs on Cloudflare, which checks the message isn't from a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile) and passes it to our email inbox.
• How long we keep it: we delete contact emails after 12 months.

The plot planner

The planner saves your plot in your own browser's local storage so it's there next time. It never leaves your device, and you can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.

Analytics

We don't use analytics at the moment. If we add Google Analytics, it will only run if you accept it in a cookie banner, and this notice will say so. See our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address below. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
